1. This website, its Terms and Conditions and all contracts placed are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Anybody who accesses the website from outside the UK is responsible for compliance with their local laws and tax regulations.
2. By clicking on the “Buy”, “Place Order”, “Pay Now” or “Secure Checkout” buttons to submit your order in the checkout, you are offering to purchase goods at the stated price, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3. If goods are wrongly priced in error we will contact you to confirm that you wish to proceed at the correct price.
4. All prices are quoted in GBP / Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Delivery is also inclusive of the price indicated.
5. You are fully responsible for supplying us with the correct delivery address and postcode.
6. Delivery will only be made to addresses within our set delivery areas – view this here.
7. We aim to deliver within 3 to 14 working days depending on the delivery zone. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery in delivery zone 1 and up to 14 working days in delivery zone 2 from the date of order for deliveries.
8. “Working days” are Monday to Friday excluding bank/public holidays.
9. If you place an order and are located outside of our delivery area without contacting us first we will automatically refund your order without notice.
10. Should a delay arise in delivering your item due to staff holiday or absence we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible via email.
11. A binding Contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your order has been accepted. You may cancel the order entirely or partially if you discover on receipt that any items ordered are not as described and we shall endeavour to replace those items with others. If we are unable to satisfy you, we shall refund the appropriate costs, once goods are returned to us at your cost.
12. If for any reason you are unhappy with your items please contact us and we will arrange a time/date to collect the item.
13. Images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
14. If a brand of salt i.e. Aquasol is unavailable we will replace this with a salt of equal quality and quantity.
15. All personal details entered into our Checkout are protected by a 256bit SSL Secure Certificate – we DO NOT handle any payment details whatsoever, your payment is solely processed by Stripe at WooCommerce for your security and total peace of mind. Your payment details are handled by Stripe and are not even seen by us and therefore can never be revealed to any third party. Stripe uses Stripe JS to tokenise credit card numbers to make payments keeping card data secure.Stripe supports Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), required for transactions within the European Economic Area (EEA).
16. Payments for telephone transactions will only be accepted by credit or debit card (we cannot accept American Express over the phone). Full details will be required of the Card, Cardholders Address and Delivery Address. All cardholder details will be kept secure and not revealed by any third party unless required to do so by law. However we strongly advise you to make your payment online using our website.
17. From time to time for security reasons we may contact you after you have ordered to confirm your details along with the delivery address – we will never ask for your payment details.
18. Any details that you enter into our website will be stored by us, for the sole purpose of processing your order and for our own marketing purposes. These details will remain confidential and will never be issued to any third parties unless required to do so by law.
19. By giving us your email address you consent to us contacting you in the future with relevant offers. We will never sell or make available your email address to anyone outside of our company. You can contact us anytime to stop marketing emails being sent to you.
20. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order without giving any reason for our decision.
21. We do not accept any liability for loss incurred as a result of any order placed whatsoever.
22. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be regarded as having been removed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
23. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time at our sole discretion without notice.
